Description

Basic attributes: three-phase AC 50Hz, rated voltage 12kV, designed to comply with the national standard GB1984 and IEC standards. Core functions: load current, overload current, and short-circuit current can be divided and combined; Support automatic reclosing (multiple disconnections and rapid reclosing), suitable for protection and control of power distribution systems. Application scenarios: Outdoor distribution systems such as substations, industrial and mining enterprises, rural power grids, power plants, etc., especially suitable for frequent operating places.


Main functional features

1. Intelligent control function: This circuit breaker has functions such as local switch status control, three-stage overcurrent protection, and triple automatic reclosing. In addition, it also has RS-485 communication interface to achieve telemetry, remote adjustment, remote control, remote communication and other functions, which is suitable for various scales of automated distribution systems.


2. Permanent magnet operating mechanism: This circuit breaker adopts the most advanced permanent magnet operating mechanism currently available. The components of the mechanism are not worn, and its mechanical life can reach 30000 times, which is three times that of ordinary spring mechanisms. Due to the 70% reduction in the number of mechanical parts of permanent magnet mechanisms compared to spring mechanisms, the reliability of switches has been significantly improved.


3. Fully sealed structural design: The vacuum arc extinguishing chamber, operating mechanism, and connecting rod of this circuit breaker are fully sealed inside the circuit breaker base, solving the problem of corrosion of circuit breaker parts caused by condensation. The product can achieve maintenance free operation for 10 years.


4. Miniaturization structure: The circuit breaker adopts a new type of composite solid insulation material, which organically combines the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber, main electrical circuit, insulation support, etc. into an integrated solid sealed pole, completely solving the contradiction between miniaturization of the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber and meeting the requirements of external insulation. The entire product design is advanced and reasonable, with a compact structure, no condensation inside, and no rust on the mechanism.
