Overview
HY5WZ-35kV lightning arrester is an efficient lightning protection device designed specifically for 35kV transmission and distribution systems. It uses Zinc Oxide valve plates (ZnO) and high-strength silicone rubber composite sheaths to quickly suppress lightning strikes and operational overvoltages, reducing the lightning trip rate of the line by more than 60%. Compliant with GB 11032-2000 (equivalent to IEC 60099-4) standard, it adopts a fully sealed maintenance free design, can withstand extreme temperatures from -40 ° C to+70 ° C, is resistant to salt spray and UV aging, and has a service life of up to 25 years. Widely used in wind farm collection lines, industrial substations, and coastal areas with frequent thunderstorms, providing all-weather protection for power grid stability.
